Woman, 37, dies after jumping from walkway at O’Hare Airport
A woman died on Saturday after reportedly jumping from an exterior walkway at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago. The fall occurred around 1:30 p.m. outside of Terminal 5, but the exact distance she fell is unknown. The woman was taken to Ascension Resurrection Hospital where she was declared dead. The police are conducting a simple death investigation and an autopsy is scheduled for Sunday. The woman’s identity and whether she was an air traveler have not been disclosed.
