Who’s still out & when will it come back?
About 17,000 National Grid customers in Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties, New York, are experiencing power outages. Jefferson County has seen a decrease in outages from 22,000 to 11,500, while Lewis County has reduced from more than 3,000 to 500. St. Lawrence County still has about 4,800 customers without power, down from 10,000. National Grid estimates that power may be restored by 11:30 p.m., the first estimation given since the power outage started.
