Five people were injured in a shooting on New Year’s Eve at Romare Bearden Park in Uptown Charlotte. The suspect, 19-year-old Daevion Crawford, has been charged with five felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. The victims’ families are calling for justice and for Crawford to be held accountable. As of now, the gun used in the shooting has not been found.
