US man charged in four murders lured victims with promise of buried gold | Washington state

Richard Bradley Jr, 40, an alleged serial killer in Washington state, has been charged with new murder counts after authorities revealed he may have used a consistent scheme of promising buried treasure to kill all four of his victims. The victims were reportedly killed after they fell for Bradley’s story of needing their assistance in digging up buried gold in a wooded area of his farm. Bradley had been awaiting trial for murder charges in the death of 44-year-old Brandi Blake since his arrest in 2021, but is now additionally charged in the deaths of three more people. Bradley is also charged with arson for allegedly attempting to set fire to a victim’s impounded vehicle. Bradley is set to face trial next month with a total of two counts of premeditated first-degree murder, two counts of second-degree murder, and second-degree arson.
