Since Russia’s invasion in February 2022, Congress has approved more than $110 billion for Ukraine, but no funds have been approved since Republicans took over the House. Political discussions regarding U.S. border security funding, which Republicans want to link to Ukraine funding, have stalled in the Democrat-controlled Senate.
