Trump slams Jamie Dimon over Nikki Haley praise

Former US President Donald Trump has criticized JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon for supporting Nikki Haley’s presidential aspirations. Trump made the comments via Truth Social, referring to Dimon as an “overrated Globalist,” and stating he was “quietly pushing another non-MAGA person, Nikki Haley, for President.” Dimon praised Haley during a recent New York Times DealBook conference in New York, encouraging attendees, even if liberal Democrats, to support her. Haley, a former US ambassador to the UN under Trump and now a 2024 GOP presidential primary candidate, recently received an endorsement from the billionaire-backed political network, Americans for Prosperity Action.
