Truck plows into crowd at Christmas parade in California leaving three people injured, one critically, as witnesses say ‘driver smelled like alcohol’

A truck crashed into a crowd outside a California fire station during a Christmas parade, injuring three people, one critically. Witnesses allege that the driver of a white Ford F-150 backed up at high speed out of an alley near a dry cleaners and hit people before crashing into a fire station perimeter. One victim was hit before the car rolled over him and moved on to hit two other men. The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI and three people were hospitalized. Some witnesses believed they heard gunshots but police confirmed the sounds were from the driver’s back window breaking.
