Spring ISD janitor arrested, accused of installing hidden cameras
Erik Fernando Carreon, a 41-year-old man, was arrested for installing hidden cameras in bathrooms at Hoyland Elementary School in Harris County, Texas. Carreon, who was working as a janitor at the school, is facing a felony charge of invasive visual recording in a bathroom and is due back in court on Friday at 9 a.m. The cameras were found in bathrooms restricted to staff members, and recordings of two female employees were discovered. Carreon admitted to buying the cameras and installing them, leading to his immediate termination. The school district stated that it has zero tolerance for such criminal acts violating the safety, privacy, and well-being of staff and students.
