Speaker Johnson says he believes he has the votes for a Biden impeachment inquiry

Johnson argues that this action isn’t a partisan political tool, referring to the allegations of the White House ‘stonewalling’ their investigation. He believes that a formal impeachment inquiry vote would help to overcome the White House’s alleged stalling tactics. However, so far, Republicans haven’t been able to formalize their impeachment inquiry.
