Silt police investigating incident between Lauren Boebert, ex-husband
The Silt Police Department is investigating an incident involving U.S. Representative Lauren Boebert and her ex-husband, Jayson Boebert, that happened at a restaurant on a Saturday night. Although no one was taken into custody, the nature of the incident is not yet described. The incident became public by a political group, American Muckrakers, claiming that Lauren Boebert punched her ex-husband twice. Lauren Boebert, however, denies these allegations. Both Lauren and Jayson Boebert have prior law enforcement records. Lauren Boebert was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 2020 and won re-election in 2022.
