Russian troops have attacked Kharkiv, Ukraine, using attack UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), according to Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv OVA. The assault resulted in a fire within non-residential civilian infrastructure in the Zmiiv community. At least five “Shaheeds” (martyr or witness in Arabic, often used as a term for suicide attack) were recorded. However, no casualties have been reported so far. Sinegubov advised locals to remain in their shelters as drone groups continue to circulate in the region.
