Several injured in 3-vehicle crash on Route 29 in Columbia
A three-car collision occurred on southbound U.S. Route 29 in Howard County on Sunday afternoon. The crash was reported shortly after 3 p.m., resulting in eight people being transported to hospitals, some to trauma centers, due to serious injuries. The southbound lanes were closed for several hours for investigation. The cause of the collision is still under investigation. The victims’ injuries range from minor to serious.
