Several inches in northern NH

A significant weather system is anticipated to hit New Hampshire, bringing snow and rain and potentially causing scattered power outages in the higher elevations. A winter storm warning has been issued for Coos and northern Carroll counties, with a winter weather advisory in place for Grafton, southern Carroll, Belknap, Merrimack, Strafford, and Sullivan counties. Several inches of snow are expected in the higher elevations of northern New Hampshire, with little to no accumulation expected in the south and east of Concord. The heavy snowfall is predicted to create difficult travel conditions, especially in northern zones, with slippery, snow-covered roads.
