Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was interrupted by protesters during a recent event at a BBQ restaurant. The event, organized by the super PAC Never Back Down in support of DeSantis’ presidential run, saw detractors accusing him of taking money from rich executives. DeSantis retorted back at the protesters, refusing to let them disrupt the event. This was not the first time a protester has disrupted a DeSantis event, with an anti-oil activist interrupting a town hall event on Tuesday. DeSantis claims such protests are indicative of who the media prefers as a candidate.
