San Jose road rage incident leaves dog critically injured – NBC Bay Area

San Jose police arrested a man, Armando Cano, for felony vandalism, battery, and animal abuse after he smashed a car’s rear window during a road rage incident, critically injuring a dog inside. The incident, which was caught on camera, occurred on November 11 at the junction of Capitol Expressway and Tully Road. The victims’ vehicle was carrying a man, a woman, and two dogs. After Cano was identified, police obtained an arrest warrant and apprehended him on November 22. The police department is seeking information from the public regarding this case.
