Rudy Giuliani: Former Georgia election workers sue again, asking judge to permanently stop him from lying about them

Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, Georgia election workers, have sued Rudy Giuliani again, seeking a permanent prohibition against him making false claims about them. This follows their recent victory in a defamation case against Giuliani, where they were awarded nearly $150 million. The new lawsuit alleges that Giuliani continues to spread the lies for which he has already been held liable, thereby perpetuating targeted defamation and harassment. The plaintiffs’ attorneys have indicated that they would like to claim Giuliani’s assets as soon as possible to ensure the resolution of the defamation case. In the meantime, Giuliani faces legal proceedings for his work for Donald Trump after the 2020 election and criminal charges in Georgia.
