Retro Montrose pizzeria scores coveted spot on Esquire’s Best New Restaurants in America list

La Griglia, a renowned restaurant in Houston, has not only moved to a new location but has also significantly updated its look and menu. The restaurant, which is under the guidance of senior executive Brandon Busch and CEO Tilman Fertitta, has gone in a more upscale direction, adopting an Italian Riviera-inspired design and a refreshed menu. They’ve introduced white tablecloths, Art Deco-style lights and marble flooring, and expanded their bar area for dining as well as drinking. Landry’s chef Mark Ladner was recruited to revitalize the menu with fresh dishes, while also keeping some signature classics. The restaurant now features tableside cooking and has upgraded staff uniforms.
