A second and more potent atmospheric river-fueled storm is set to hit Southern California, potentially causing life-threatening flooding. The storm could start on late Saturday night and last for several days, with Southern California and the greater Los Angeles area expected to be most affected. The National Weather Service warned of an unprecedented amount of rain, with totals of 3 to 6 inches expected from late Saturday to Wednesday.
