Philadelphia motorcyclist who kicked in woman’s windshield with kids in car in viral video pleads guilty
Philadelphia motorcyclist Cody Heron pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated assault and possession of an instrument of crime related to an October 1 attack captured on a viral video. In the video, Heron is seen kicking in the rear windshield of a woman’s car with her two children inside and pointing a gun at her head. The attack occurred during a gathering of ATV and dirt bike riders around City Hall. The incident escalated after a verbal altercation at a red light with the woman, 23-year-old Nikki Bullock. Heron was arrested and charged a few days after the incident.
