New BMW M4 GT3 Evo package “not just about making car faster”

BMW is working on an Evo package for a mid-cycle refresh of its M4 GT3 model. The Evo package is aimed at more than just performance upgrades; BMW also wants to improve functionality and durability. The company wants to reduce running costs, make maintenance easier, and enhance handling. Testing of the GT3 Evo is already underway, with factory drivers Augusto Farfus, Jens Klingmann, and Bruno Spengler at the wheel. The Evo package is expected to be ready for the 2025 racing season, with homologation taking place in spring 2024.
