Missing Winter Springs Mother’s Body Discovered

Rucker was last seen with her estranged husband, Cory Hill(51), at a restaurant in Davenport area, Polk County. She had gone missing on Saturday, Nov. 11, and her family reported that she was heading home after picking up food.

Police released an image of Rucker and Hill at a restaurant and named Hill as a person of interest. Hill is currently in custody at the Orange County Jail, accused of attempted murder and shooting at a former girlfriend, Angel Milligan. The shooting occurred hours after Rucker was last seen.

Rucker’s family expressed disappointment that Hill hasn’t disclosed anything about Rucker’s disappearance. Forensics expert Dr. David Thomas discussed the role of technology in investigations like Rucker’s, highlighting GPS tracking, cell tower pinging, and Google as important resources.
