Man Shot Dead by Deputy Following Domestic Dispute in Jurupa Valley
A man was killed by deputy gunfire following a domestic dispute in Jurupa Valley, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. The department responded to a call where a male was reportedly threatening a female with a knife. After the victims were evacuated, the enforcement bureau and Crisis Negotiation Team were called in as the suspect refused to leave the residence. The suspect was subsequently shot by at least one deputy in the home and pronounced dead at the scene. The identities of the suspect and the deputy or deputies involved in the shooting have not been disclosed.
