Man indicted in young Mass. mother’s 2015 shooting death, DA says
Henry Del Rio has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree murder for the 2015 shooting death of young mother Ashlee Berryman, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan. The incident occurred outside the Braza Bar and Grill in Everett, where Del Rio allegedly fired into a crowd. Berryman, who was at the venue with her rapper boyfriend, died after being struck by one of the bullets. Del Rio, believed to be associated with the East Side Money gang, is currently in federal custody on a separate case. He is expected to face the charges concerning Berryman’s death in Middlesex County.
