Man arrested at Hitchcock home in child porn raid
A 30-year-old Bayou Vista man, Trevor Pape, has been arrested in a child pornography investigation by the Hitchcock Police Department in Texas following a tip from a nationwide task force. Devices, including a MacBook and an external hard drive, containing a significant amount of child pornography were obtained during a task force raid on a property in Bayou Vista. The Hitchcock Police Department, part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, led the investigation which also involved the Texas City Police Department, the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office, the Galveston County DA’s Office, and the US Department of Homeland Security.
