Justin Mohn, a 32-year-old Pennsylvania man, has been charged with the murder and mutilation of his father, Michael F. Mohn, a federal employee with the Army Corps of Engineers. Justin legally purchased a gun the day before the killing, and posted a YouTube video posing with the severed head, which stayed online for 5-6 hours, garnering at least 5,000 views. His video expressed hatred towards government workers, immigrants, the LGBTQ community, the Black Lives Matter movement, and Antifa.
