Jennifer Crumbley trial: Jennifer Crumbley found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in son Ethan’s school shooting

The mother of Michigan school shooter Ethan Crumbley, Jennifer Crumbley, has been found guilty of four counts of involuntary manslaughter. The verdict came after a jury deliberated for over 10 hours, and she is due to be sentenced on April 9. This case is rare, as it involves parents being charged in connection with a shooting carried out by their son. Jennifer and James Crumbley purchased the gun used in the shooting for their son and are accused of failing to respond to warning signs. The shooting resulted in the deaths of four students at Oxford High School in November 2021. Ethan Crumbley has already been sentenced to life in prison.
