HPD investigating after young woman found dead in bayou
The Houston Police Department is investigating the death of 18-year-old Tierra Horn, whose body was found near Buffalo Bayou, close to an apartment complex on Nance Street. Horn was initially reported missing and the cause of her death was determined to be due to “compression” to her neck. The police have commenced a homicide investigation and are appealing for anyone with information to contact them or call Crime Stoppers.
