Houston, Texas schools benefit from CFP Foundation

The College Football Playoff Foundation is making significant improvements to Houston-area schools and honoring local teachers. Highland Heights Elementary School was recently surprised with a brand new $50,000 art center, much to the delight of the students and staff. The renovated art learning lab is the second of six slated classroom makeovers in the Houston area. These renovations are a part of the Foundation’s ongoing commitment to transforming learning environments across the country. The Foundation will continue recognizing Houston-area teachers throughout the weekend, including holding a free teacher summit at Wortham Theater.
