Grambling State women’s basketball gets NCAA biggest blowout ever
The Grambling State women’s basketball team has set a new NCAA record for the largest margin of victory in Division I basketball history. They defeated the Houston-based College of Biblical Studies (CBS) 159-18, a 141-point victory, surpassing the previous record set by Savannah State in 2018. College of Biblical Studies is a first-year program within the Southwest Region of the Division II National Christian College Athletic Association. The Grambling State team started on a 34-0 run before CBS scored, with a halftime score of 82-10. CBS turned the ball over 57 times and shot 18.6% from the floor.
