She introduced the world to “Send in the Clowns” by Stephen Sondheim and was said to be a perfectionist in her profession. Her manager, Mitch Clem, announced her death, stating she was “the last of the last of old Hollywood.” Johns had a long career in the entertainment industry, starting as a dancer at 12 and an actor at 14 in London’s West End.
