Fulton County DA may ask to revoke bail of election subversion defendant after social media posts
Trevian Kutti, a co-defendant with Donald Trump in the Georgia election subversion case, is under scrutiny for posting an Instagram video where she made potentially disparaging remarks about a case witness. Kutti, a publicist, previously worked with musicians R. Kelly and Kanye West. Prosecutors accuse her of pressuring a Fulton County elections worker, Ruby Freeman. Kutti’s comments in the video might be grounds for the Fulton County district attorney’s office to revoke her bond. Despite pleading not guilty to all charges against her, including racketeering and influencing witnesses, Kutti’s lawyer maintains that she did nothing wrong.
