Four reported migrants who attacked NYPD officers have not been arrested in Arizona, officials say
ICE has reportedly not arrested the four migrants who were caught on video assaulting two police officers in Times Square, according to three senior law enforcement officials. Contrary to earlier claims, the individuals in ICE custody are not those involved in the New York attack. These four people may be in the country illegally, but they are not the ones charged with the assault. The attack, which occurred on January 27 and resulted in minor injuries to the officers, resulted in the arrest of seven people. Five of the seven were arraigned and released on their own recognizance.
