Florida man caught on video making ‘dirt angels’ while running from deputies on Christmas Eve
A Florida man, Eliezer Armando Reyes Rios, was arrested after fleeing the scene of a single-vehicle car crash on Christmas Eve. Caught on video by the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Aviation Unit, Reyes Rios was seen making “dirt angels” on a construction site while on the run. Despite attempting to escape by climbing over a fence, Reyes Rios was apprehended by deputies and a police dog. The suspect faces several charges, including leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a canceled, suspended, or revoked license, and trespassing on a construction site.
