Family of Mass. man killed in restaurant shooting speaks out
Joe Araujo, a 22-year-old man from Brockton, Massachusetts, was tragically shot inside the Hibachi Sushi Supreme Buffet in Brockton East Shopping Plaza, leaving his family distressed. The Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office reports that a masked man approached Araujo’s table and shot him at point-blank range, with the incident appearing to be targeted rather than random. Authorities have not yet made any arrests connected with the shooting or identified any suspects. Araujo’s family and the Brockton Police Department are seeking public assistance in finding answers about the incident.
