Evergreen love continues at Belmont Village Senior Living La Jolla

Belmont Village Senior Living La Jolla recently showcased its ‘Lasting Love Gallery,’ featuring photos of nine resident couples. The gallery was unveiled at a lively event, which also involved interviews with two long-married couples. Marilyn and Edward Rauser, together for nearly 50 years, met at a ‘Parents Without Partners’ meeting and have maintained their bond by persistently working on their connection. Selma Lee and Amnon Ben-Yehuda, married over 70 years, met at college and attribute the longevity of their relationship to commitment and transparency. The gallery and the couples’ stories demonstrate enduring love in the senior living community.
