On December 9, Russian forces reportedly struck the civilian infrastructure of the Zmiyiv community in the Kharkiv region of Ukraine using drones, causing fires in a hotel building, restaurant’s summer area, and three passenger cars. The attack, which injured a civilian male security guard, also damaged private residential buildings, a three-story building of a recreation complex, and a dining hall. The news was reported by Kharkiv OVA head Oleg Sinegubov. He emphasized that only civilian infrastructure was damaged and destroyed in the attack.
