Deer Park tire slashing suspect arrested, police say he was targeting previous homeowners
In a case of mistaken identity, a Texas man named Seth Alexander Wright was arrested for slashing the tires of a Deer Park homeowner. Wright, 38, from Montgomery County, was identified as the perpetrator on video footage from January 24 where he slashed 10 tires on three parked vehicles. The police arrested Wright on January 31 following a traffic stop. The homeowner was unable to identify the suspect or understand the motive behind the tire slashing. It was later revealed that Wright was actually targeting the previous owners of the house, unaware that they had moved out years ago.
