Dead body found in pond in Waukee
The body of a male juvenile was found in a pond on the 1100 block of Northview Drive in Waukee, according to a release from the Waukee Police Department and Waukee Fire Department. The departments responded to a welfare check at the location shortly after 4:30 p.m. on a Saturday. The identity of the person and further information about the circumstances have not been disclosed.
