Severe weather has caused widespread damage across Middle Tennessee, with tornado warnings issued and unconfirmed touchdowns across the area. Areas affected include Hendersonville, Gallatin, Clarksville, Springfield, Cumberland Furnace and Madison. Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell urged residents to be careful due to potential downed power lines. The Nashville Emergency Operations Center is currently assessing damage. The storms have led to widespread power outages, with over 15,700 people without power in Clarksville alone.
