Coney Island is shuttering operations at the end of 2023. Here’s what’s taking its place.

Coney Island, an iconic Cincinnati attraction, is closing and will be replaced by a music venue. The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra (CSO) and Music & Event Management, Inc. (MEMI) have acquired all assets to develop a new $118 million entertainment campus. The new venue will be a state-of-the-art facility aiming to complement the existing venues and elevate Cincinnati’s music scene. Preliminary design for the facility is in progress with key decisions yet to be finalized. Additional details will be released in the coming weeks and months.
