Clearwater, Florida plane crash: Several killed in fiery small-plane crash at mobile home park, officials say

A small plane crashed into a mobile home park in Clearwater, Florida, causing three fatalities, according to a preliminary FAA report. The single-engine Beechcraft Bonanza V35 crashed under unknown circumstances, resulting in the deaths of the pilot and two individuals on the ground. The crash also set four trailer homes on fire. Firefighters responded to the scene and were able to extinguish the flames. Clearwater authorities received reports of a plane emergency concurrently with the fire, with the plane disappearing off radar 3 miles north of a runway, the same location as the mobile home park.
