Capt. Jack Casey, of Dover, NH, killed in helicopter crash
26-year-old Marine, Captain Jack Casey from Dover, was confirmed as one of the five marines killed in a helicopter crash in California during a routine training flight. Casey, who joined the Marines in 2019, was one of the pilots of the CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter that crashed during stormy weather in the mountains outside San Diego. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal during his service. The crash is under investigation while Governor Sununu has ordered all flags to fly at half staff.
