BirdStock Music Festival & Holiday Artisan Market set for Dec. 9
The second annual BirdStock Music Festival & Holiday Artisan Market will take place on La Jolla Boulevard in Bird Rock on December 9, featuring local bands and artists, kids activities, and a variety of events. The festival was originally held at Bird Rock Elementary and was reestablished last year with the aim of raising funds for the school, boosting local businesses, and encouraging community togetherness. The free event will offer live music, a kids zone with bouncy houses and face painting, pet adoptions, raffles, and food and beverages from local establishments. The music line-up includes Mark Fisher, Peach Cooler, Sandcasters, Bird Rockers, Sea Poodle, Rosedale, and The Voices.
