Actors Bill Nighy and Roman Griffin Davis are set to star in the road movie “500 Miles”. Directed by Morgan Matthews, the film will be pitched at the European Film Market during the Berlin Film Festival. Based on the novel “Charlie and Me” by Mark Lowery, the plot follows two brothers who run away from home to find their estranged grandfather. The movie is described as a thrilling journey full of heart and wit. The project is being prepared to shoot in Kerry, Ireland, in 2024 by the former head of BBC Film, David Thompson.
