Bill Maher slams Biden, Republicans for ‘acting’ in border crisis battle
“Real Time” host Bill Maher criticized President Biden and Republican lawmakers for their “acting” in the ongoing border crisis, suggesting they should get an award for their performances. During a panel discussion, Maher accused both sides of not genuinely wanting to resolve the issue. New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu argued that the immigration issue was a significant vulnerability for Biden among voters. Sununu also stated that Biden had considerable power to change policy and affect the immigration issue. Fox News’ Jessica Tarlov warned Republicans against solely running on immigration in the 2024 elections, as it had failed in previous years.
