Armed robbers hit restaurant Thursday night in Portage Park neighborhood, cops say
Three armed robbers targeted an open restaurant in the Portage Park neighborhood in Chicago, with police stating they made off with cash from the register. The incident took place at about 11:40 p.m. on North Milwaukee Avenue. The employees complied with the robbers’ demands and nobody was injured during the crime. Detectives are currently investigating the case. The robbery occurred on the night of December 15, 2023.
