4 arrests made in shooting death of 16-year-old Pacoima boy – NBC Los Angeles
Four suspects have been apprehended in relation to the shooting of a teenage boy in a neighbourhood in Pacoima. The Los Angeles Police Department reported that the suspects, driving a silver Dodge Charger, initiated a brief conversation with two teenagers before opening fire. The first teen, named Elmer Quintanilla, was fatally wounded, while the second victim escaped with a gunshot wound to his leg. After an investigation involving multiple house searches and the recovery of multiple firearms, two juveniles were arrested along with Giovanny Montesdeoca, 21, and Jose Espinoza, 18. They have all been charged on suspicion of murder.
