2 dead, 3 injured in Las Vegas shooting of homeless: Police

Five unhoused individuals were shot in Las Vegas near Charleston Boulevard and U.S. 95. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reports two fatalities and three non-fatal injuries from the incident. The suspected shooter, who targeted all five victims, remains at large. The police indicated that this incident is separate from the series of killings targeting unhoused individuals in Los Angeles. Despite the seeming similarity in victims, the two cases have been confirmed as unrelated.
