1 man shot by US Marshal, Harris County deputy while officials were serving warrant in NE Harris County

In northeast Harris County, Texas, a man was critically wounded after being shot by a US Marshal and a local sheriff’s deputy while they were serving a felony drug warrant. The incident occurred around 6:38 am on the 100 block of Black Walnut Drive. The involved authorities, who are part of the US Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force, were not injured in the ordeal. The wounded man was transported to a hospital for treatment.
