The Warriors Have Reportedly “Fielded Offers’ For Andrew Wiggins

The Golden State Warriors’ performance in the ongoing season has prompted discussions of potential trades as the deadline approaches. Despite struggling, their current standing doesn’t allow for tanking out of the Play-In chase in the Western Conference, and they do not have their first-round pick this year. In order to acquire high-performing players, they need to be open to moving some of their younger players and future assets. It’s very likely that the team’s moves will involve roster shuffling more than foundational changes. Andrew Wiggins, who is on the first season of a four-year, $109 million extension, is the most probable player to be dealt. However, the offers for Wiggins so far haven’t been particularly appealing.
